The salesman that assisted me was named David. I wish I could remember the name of the person in finance but they both were very friendly and never pushy. I had looked at the same kind of car at another d could remember the name of the person in finance but they both were very friendly and never pushy. I had looked at the same kind of car at another dealership and had a far worse experience. The vehicle I purchased was actually a used 2013 Dodge Avenger with less than 13,000 miles but I had to choose Nissan from the drop down because there were no other options. We hassled for a little while over the price but it was always friendly in nature and never pushy. I still feel like they should have come down a little more on price, but overall I felt like it was a good deal. I really liked the car and the dealership so I wasn't going to walk away over a couple hundred dollars. The finance manager that did my paperwork also was very friendly. Instead of acting busy and making me feel pressured to just sign everything he put in front of me, he was very patient and answered all of my questions. I had my own pre-approved financing and they never tried to sell me on theirs which was nice. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Nissan or a used vehicle. More

This is my second purchase from this dealership, but it's the first purchase from this location! I met my sales person sarfaraz, he helped me remarkably! There new facility is the state of the art building :) every body was very helpful, anyone that passed by welcomed me very politely, the finance manager was awesome. My Experience at Sutherlin Nissan has been great! Aaron was absolutely amazing! I have never went to a car dealership and the experience was so pleasant! I enjoyed not feeling pressured. Right as I stepped into the dealership, Marcos was there to greet me. He immediately asked if I was looking for anything specific, which I was, a deal on the Versa Sedan that I had found earlier that day. W to greet me. We took it on a test drive and it was a decent car, nothing I was in love with, but I couldn't be too picky because I was on a strict budget. As we were pulling in, he pointed out the Sentras, which I really wanted, but I knew wouldn't fit into my budget. He told me that we should test drive it and then we could work the numbers. Sure enough I loved it, and we were able to go ahead and work the numbers for that car to fit in my budget. The finance team, along with Marcos were great and I would recommend anyone to purchase a car at this dealership. Thanks! Proud Nissan Owner :) More
