We had the pleasure of meeting Elvis Wayne who showed us around and we test drove a few cars. We we're really struck by the down to earth, genuine friendliness of Elvis and Jonathon Santos. We we're ready to buy yet but returned to the dealer within a week. Mike Negron is the person who assisted us in making the final buying decision with his wealth of knowledge! This is our second new car purchase in the last 6 months from Aaron D'Amico and the Sutherlin Dealership Orlando. We travel over 120 miles one way to do business with Aaron. Why? We wanted a specific 2013 from Aaron D'Amico and the Sutherlin Dealership Orlando. We travel over 120 miles one way to do business with Aaron. Why? We wanted a specific 2013 Nissan Armada (exterior and interior color). We had been to other dealerships where they had low valued our trade and increased the purchase price over what they had originally quoted us (in writing). The Sutherlin Orlando location did not have the color of the vehicle that we wanted. Aaron located our desired vehicle at the Sutherlin Dealership in Atlanta. Aaron then went up to Atlanta on Sunday and drove the vehicle back to Orlando for our pickup on Monday. That is why we will continue to buy from Sutherlin Nissan Orlando and Aaron D'Amico. If you want to get the very best deal for the very best price and actually enjoy the whole experience, PLEASE ask for Anthony. I walked out of there with the car of my dreams that I never, ever thought I could afford. I feel like he is a friend and I know I can call on him at any time with questions or concerns. I went in to Sutherlin Nissan just to see if I could get a car loan...I was very pessimistic. I left with the car I was scared to hope for. Saw they had excellent reviews so I thought I would check them out. Aiman was great! Went in to the dealership and he came to help me right away. He was extremely friendly, answered all my questions, and was them out. Aiman was great! Went in to the dealership and he came to help me right away. He was extremely friendly, answered all my questions, and wasn't pushy in the least. It was the first time I was going to finance a vehicle and he made the entire process completely painless. I don't make a lot money so when Aiman showed me a CPO 2012 Nissan Sentra S with only 23k miles on it and I thought surely this vehicle would be out of my price range (thought I would have to buy a car that cost about 4k less). We took it for a test drive and then sat down to negotiate. We were able to get the price down and he negotiated with finance to get payments that fit into my budget. For very cheap I was also able to get free oil changes/tire rotations for 3 years and Gap Insurance for the life of the financing. If I am still in Orlando when I need another car I will definitely go back to Sutherlin NIssan! I recommend you check them out, and don't forget to ask for Aiman! More

The purchase of my new vehicle at Sutherlin Nissan was joyful experience in part by super salesman Jim Mattingly. Jim took time to answer all of my questions and tried his best to give me the best deal possible. He did. I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. He impressed me with his professionalism and passion. Jim treated my like a friend. In addition to helping with my purchase of the Maxima I desired, we talked family, the weather, etc. That's a true gentleman. Not only was Jim very inviting, but so was the entire Nissan staff. It's evident they were trained oh how to treat a prospective buyer. I was impressed. I had been two to other three other Nissan dealerships. Sutherlin Nissan is the best hands down. It was a long and worthwhile process. However, I was in no hurry because I believe in taking my time when it comes to an investment. After all of the paper work and business affair was completed, Jim walked me to my new car after he made sure that it was washed, the interior cleaned and I fully understood the how to operate the console. It will take a minute before I master the latter, but I will eventually master it like Jim has. When all was complete and I was ready to leave, Jim walked me to my new car and took a picture of me along side of it. He then asked if all was well. It was. He then waved goodbye with an infectious smile I will always remember. To top it off, about five minutes later, I received a text from Jim asking me if all was well.
