Worst customer service experience My husband loves his Maxima we purchased back before Thanksgiving 2014. At Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando. We purchased all the warranties and Gap insura My husband loves his Maxima we purchased back before Thanksgiving 2014. At Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando. We purchased all the warranties and Gap insurance. We went straight to our insurance company to get the car insured. We ended up getting a car loan through our insurance company to save money on Gap insurance. We went back to Sutherlin Nissan a few weeks later after our paperwork was finalized and asked to cancel our Gap insurance. To our disappointment, the person who is in charge of Gap insurance and warranties was so incompetent. She cancelled all our warranties instead of Gap. Several phone calls later and another personal visit to Sutherlin, the situation is still not fixed. We were promised phone calls...nothing. The car is amazing but services at Sutherlin is the worst I've ever experienced. We already spent $30,000.00. Isn't that enough?? This is why I'm glad I drive an Acura. Yes, our warranties are still cancelled and still waiting to hear back from anyone from Sutherlin to call us. More
