And the incompetence at all levels is astounding. They may "look good", but they are playing all the games they can to get the most money from their customers AND HOPE THEY DON"T NOTICE IT. Do yourself a favor and buy you car from a dealership that is competent and honest ... NOT THIS ONE. They do appear to do a lot of business, but after having a deal go sour over their duplication of dealer fees ... what happens next? I get a call the next day thanking me for my business and wanting to make sure everything went fine... explained the problem in detail to several higher ups, but none wanted to acknowledge their mistakes or shady tactics and repeatedly showed their incompetence and lack honesty. A man named U.S. Marine owns part of the dealership and he should be ashamed at their tactics and incompetence. MAKE SURE THEY SHOW YOU THE ADDITION OF ALL THE COSTS BEFORE AGREEING TO A DEAL.... they were never going to do this with me and it was only because I insisted on seeing all of the #s that we caught it at the very last moment before we would have been taken for $700 by them. You would think there would be a law that would require them to show the most basic calculation of the components that make up the total price... apparently there isn't or they are breaking it. BUYERS BEWARE! I can only imagine what goes on in the service department... even more opportunities for them to take you money there. More

When I got the certificates from Truecar I called Sutherlin Nissan the next day because the price was very good. Since I'm currently going through a bankruptcy I mentioned that on the phone. I have 20% to 30% to put down on the price offered by Truecar, but the salesperson said that due to my credit I did not qualify for the Truecar price. I did contact Truecar and they stated that the certificate price is not dependant on anything other than the car being in stock. More

Terrible Customer Service and Added Headaches! Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. The ONLY reason I went here was because they had the car with the features I wanted on the lot. I have had so many problems with them since I bought my vehicle. As soon as they close the deal which is fast and confusing, they no longer care about you. I had to come back to drop off my title and I was met with extreme rudeness. I had no idea who I had even worked with because the finance manager didn't actually sign his name on any of the documents, he just scribbled a circle. I didn't have a business card for the finance manager or sales associate. I had to show proof of insurance after my temporary insurance expired. I emailed it to the sales associate after I figured out his name from a spam bot that kept emailing me. Turns out HE QUIT two days after I bought my car. When I called to check up on when my tags were coming, since my temporary tag was about to expire, They said they needed my insurance information WHICH I EMAILED TWO WEEKS EARLIER. So for two weeks they had someone that as far as they knew had no insurance driving their companies financed vehicle. While trying to get the tag and insurance proof situation figured out I was met again with extreme rudeness and absolutely no compassion whatsoever. The entire experience lacked professionalism, customer service, and clear information. I love my car but I will never buy from Sutherlin again, and I suggest you don't either. We were in contact with Aaron throughout the day informing him we were coming to look at the vehicle as soon as possible. He graciously reserved the vehicle for us. We are not your average used car buying couple, we knew exactly what we were looking at and my husband showed up with a detailed check list he used to check out the vehicle's condition. The SUV wasn't a Nissan and we appreciated the fact that the employees never tried to get us to look at a Nissan vehicle nor did they devalue the make/model of the SUV. My only other comment is that after talking to Aaron all day when we arrived he passed us on to another sales person, Mark. I have no complaints about Mark, I was just surprised we were given a different sales person. But everything worked out nicely and we are very satisfied with our purchase! Thank you! P.S. I gave the Quality of Work 4/5 stars because we thought the used SUV should have been cleaned prior to our arrival (since Aaron knew we were driving over from Tampa). Also Aaron had it cleaned after we purchased it but there was still a noticeable amount of dog hair and scratches (which came out when I wiped them down at home) left in the vehicle. More

Mr. D'Amico was very helpful setting up my first appointment over the phone. I received a welcome/reminder email with instructions on how to get there and my appointment time. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted at the front counter and Mr. Guzman came to assist me. They both make me feel comfortable and the environment was pleasant, neat and most of all friendly because I recognized a few staff faces since I work down the street from your place. (I was offered a beverage drink too :)} Mr. Guzman asked me what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me whatever he wanted. I went for 2 test drive and I felt in love with the vehicles "pathfinder" but I still needed some additional time before making any decision. I told Mr. Guzman that I wanted to come back the next day with my brother and husband for a better input. My credit score was not the best and even though I was approved, my brother "Ismael Vazquez" wanted to help me with his credit in order to get me a lower interest rate. I left the dealership that afternoon and Mr. D'Amico set up another appointment for the next day. Upon arriving at the dealership with my family the next day, Mr. Guzman was dispatched at the front counter and guess who recognized me? Mr. D'Amico recognized me and greeted me by my last name. "I felt like home" we walked the lot looking for different vehicles but then I settled for the pathfinder. After much hard work from your staff we both came to an agreement. The whole staff cheer us up and we got to spin the wheel twice winning $150.00 cash :). Mr. D'Amico and Mr. Guzman were so professional and helpful. I was recommended by two co-workers who bought their vehicles there too and I can say it was a great experience. p.s. I want to give a special thanks to Edgar Jimenez after a few hours of negotiation, for taking the time to come out of his office and seat at the lobby desk with us and explain to us what he was doing for us. I also want to thanks Jonathan Santos for also coming out to the lobby desk introducing himself to us before we went into finance. He was very clear to us and answered all questions we had. I previously have owned 5 Nissans (2 Frontiers, Altima, 370Z Nismo, Murano) and happy with all previous vehicles. I started going to Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando for regular service of my last Frontier due to location (since I had moved to Orlando away from my old dealership), convenience, and customer service. Douglas Hollen in Service was my first contact at Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando. Because of his excellent customer service and follow-up with my oil changes and routine maintenance, I decided to check out the sales portion of the dealership when I was ready to purchase my next vehicle. Douglas introduced me to the General Manager, U.S. Marine, and I was greeted with a warm smile, friendly handshake and the comfort that I made the right choice of where to purchase my next vehicle. Due to personal time constraints, I came back the next day to proceed with my purchase. On May 19th, I came back to the dealership and was met by Aaron D'Amico, Internet Sales Manager, who helped me every step of the way with vehicle models, detailed questions on each, and of course all of the paper work that goes along with it. Pierre, Salesman, was also a great help with my test drive and multiple vehicle choice decisions to finally make my selection of the 2015 Nissan Rogue. Special thanks to Sammy De La Rosa for making the finance paperwork part of the sale a quick and easy process. My entire experience with Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando from start to finish of my purchase and with previous vehicle service was by far superior to any other dealership that I have ever dealt with. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to test drive and explain, in detail, all the cars' features. Everything along the way was completely transparent including the finance meeting. The dealership was very nice looking and very busy, which I took as a good sign. I traveled 20 minutes to get there even though there was a dealer closer to my home and was glad I did. I plan on going back to them whenever my vehicle needs service. I highly recommend Aaron D'Amico and Sutherlin Nissan. More

When we went in Andrea was very pleasant and informative. The car was clean and ready for the test drive. The pre-negotiated price was meet without issue and they were willing to further deal to meet our needs. The final step before leaving with our new car was a spin of the "Sale Prize" wheel with a chance for a frip for two to Italy or the the least an MP3 player. We didnt win big but where VERY satisfied with the entire process. More
