Hard to prove battery dying, but Travis kept checking until they got it done. As for Nissan there was a recall about tie rod and we never got any notification. Took my vehicle for service and had a 2 dollar Canadian coin in my console. It went missing during service and was worth about 30$. Guess someone thought I would not notice. I let service rep know and he checked and did not find out anything. He then went to get service manager who chose to not come out. Guess he was too busy to deal with customers. The service rep offered a free rotation which he did not note anywhere and said nothing they could do. Someone had to be in bad shape to take a 2 dollar Canadian Tonnie. I won’t be so trusting in the future. It also took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation because someone misplaced our vehicle key. More
