Was disappointed that the LoJack and the Zaktek were included in the price, not negotiable . I asked the GM why I have to buy something I don’t want, his response was, it comes with the car, I noticed included in the price, not negotiable . I asked the GM why I have to buy something I don’t want, his response was, it comes with the car, I noticed the car only had 1/4 tank of gas. I question the sales person and he says we don’t fill up on used cars. overall, not too impressed. More

I worked with Willy the salesmen and he was fantastic. He treated me like I was his only priority and although all my questions he always had an answer. The finance guy was great too, everything was smooth and also came with a surprise at the end that there was an app that auto starts my vehicle. I requested for my Zaktek reapplication to be completed with my service. It was clearly communicated at drop off it included the interior plan. Upon pick up the interior was not completed and I had to wait with my service. It was clearly communicated at drop off it included the interior plan. Upon pick up the interior was not completed and I had to wait an additional hour at the dealership. Once I returned home I discovered the interior was not fully done as my third row was visibly still dirty. More
