Our Ford focus dual clutch transmission crapped out with only a little over 100,000 miles on it. This Ford dealership replaced the whole transmission and gave us a discount. 1st time to Suprise Ford Service. Communication was poor. Service gal said a 2 day repair when I made appointment. I brought my car in on a Thursday, service guy said probably would Communication was poor. Service gal said a 2 day repair when I made appointment. I brought my car in on a Thursday, service guy said probably would take 4 days not including the weekend. No rental or loner offered. I live 8 miles away so didn't qualify for a ride home. It was warranty and recall work. service guy said he would call me Friday with a update , no call. I call the following Tuesday (6days later including weekend)for update. It was ready that night. I'm not sure I would return there for service again even though closer to my home then Rodeo Ford where I purchased my Bronco More
