I had a great salesperson who was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. I did not purchase a $61000.00 vehicle here because the sales managers were not interested in fair negotiations and ba informative and knowledgeable. They even lowballed my trade by offering $5200 less than what other dealers were willing to pay. I walked out and ignored the phone calls all week about how they still wanted to make a deal happen. I even received an email asking for me to bring in my trade to be appraised. Seriously? I already did that and wasn’t doing that again. Maybe sell your cars at a fair price and stop trying to rip off customers with super low trade offers. More
