They will use excuses such as “we don’t want to sell a car to someone who doesn’t live locally because they won’t use our service”, so all of you out of area customers beware. All of this after the wire transfer and loan documents are signed. In today’s world where customer service matters the most, do yourself a favor and do your research. In case you do find yourself there, definitely avoid Dan Doncea and Steven in finance. More
