Surprise Ford Dealership received a trade in vehicle that I was looking for. A Subaru Outback with the big engine. Rodger was my Salesman and Sam in Finance, both were very helpful. Rodger explained the te I was looking for. A Subaru Outback with the big engine. Rodger was my Salesman and Sam in Finance, both were very helpful. Rodger explained the technology in the car and demonstrated how to use it. Rodger was honest, forthcoming and never pressured me during negotiations. Sam was meticulous on the computer triple checking that everything was spelled correctly and information inputed correctly. Both employees showed dedication while working hard on my transaction. I found it difficult to negotiate with the dealership. I was told twice that there would be a follow up phone call and never received a call.
