I had a problem with my Ram Eco diesel pickup after a recall on the EGR unit. Had an air leak making a whistling noise. Had it back to the other dealer twice who advised me it was a normal turbo noise wh recall on the EGR unit. Had an air leak making a whistling noise. Had it back to the other dealer twice who advised me it was a normal turbo noise which I knew was not the case. Took the truck to Sureskys and advised Service Manager Tony Pitt of the issue. I had my truck back in under 2 hrs and the issue was corrected. Great Service and very knowledgeable staff. I called the other Ram dealer and was told they are sorry. Promised me a free oil change which I asked to confirm by an email. Never heard back. Sureskys is the Best Ram dealer in the Orange County area. More
