My wife and I arrived a few minutes late for our appointment on 9/5/20 and immediately were greeted by their receptionist. From there we started working with Peggy. From the start we told her we were looking at certain trims for the Kona and she respected that and did not try to upsell us to the SEL plus/limited/ultimate. Going into the dealership we had a preconceived notion of how this interaction would of gone and we were both extremely happy that she respected what we said and did not push the issue. We took a test drive in the vehicle that we ultimately purchased that day with her colleague, I do not remember his name but he was very knowledge able. From start to finish we spent less than or exactly three hours total purchasing our new vehicle. I would definitely work with her in the future due to her professionalism, respecting our wishes, and her knowledge. My reasoning for four and not five stars is for the following reasons. 1. The vehicle we were purchasing was going to be for my wife and they constantly kept asking me questions about decision making until they realized that my wife was the actual decision maker and then they started asking her questions/dealing with her and not me. 2. We got a good deal considering it was a holiday weekend, although we assumed due to that reason we would of gotten a better one and would not have had to play the "the payment cant be more than this" game 3. Not telling us the interest rate was until signing papers and seeing it on the contract. 4. When signing paperwork for financing our vehicle the finance person obviously tried to up sell us on additional protection items for our vehicle. I use to be in sales and get it but If I say no to something and you continue to ask me to buy additional things that I don't want I have a bad taste in my mouth and will just want to finish my business with you and be on my way, which was the case with him due to my BS filter going off. More

Suresky Hyundai Dealership is the only dealership of its kind. Honest and excellent customer service. Nothing more needs to be said.
