First of all. I was told my bill would 128.00 and it turn out to be closer to 500.00. For what?? A recall that shouldn’t be charged for your technicians time and a window regulator what was told to me that I out to be closer to 500.00. For what?? But I was charged for and it took less the 20 minutes to install but you chose to charge me over 3 hundred dollar for your tech time! Outrageous. I will never recommend your place to anyone or will I be back to purchase another vehicle there or service the one I have now. I’ll take my business elsewhere. More

I went to look at a car and ended up buying a Dodge Durango. While I was driving over I noticed my current car needed an inspection. Made appointment , when I called 3 hours after my appt time. I was told the appointment I made was just to check vehicle in the system not to be diagnosed. When asked if vehicle would be diagnosed I was time. I was told the appointment I made was just to check vehicle in the system not to be diagnosed. I drove vehicle from lot with same issue. Which was vehicle would violently pull to right if the wheel was not steadily held. I immediately returned the vehicle and After a test ride with mechanic I was told it’s a common problem with all rams 2500 and above which is not repairable. I was told to contact Chrysler and to not take my hands of the wheel to avoid the issue. More
