We had an 845 appt and were not checked in till 930. We arrived early and sat in car for an hour. There should be a much more efficient way of checking people in for service. Bridget Burns was our service advisor and she was wonderful. Our extended warranty company was refusing to pay for service but she was very persistent and advocated strongly for us. They eventually agreed to pay. Gave 4 stars because of the very long wait. More

Hands down the reason we purchased our vehicle at Suresky was the level of support and consultation that the staff - from the front desk, to sales, to the support staff who taught us how to use all the functions in our vehicle - were there to help and make things easy and fair to us as a customer at a time when it is a seller's market. Jayden in particular on the sales team was a great partner to us in finding the right car and making a very fair deal for it for us. More
