He was professional, courteous, helpful and even apologetic for issues outside of his control - namely our insurance company couldn't find our policy number when he read it directly off our insurance card 5 times! Car pick up review When I picked up the car it was raining out. The next day I realized the car had not been 100% prepped, too much air pressure in tires, plastic still When I picked up the car it was raining out.
