Suresky appears top notch Excellent customer service working with tony, victor and unfortunately I do not remember the gentleman name (showed me all features of car and set up Excellent customer service working with tony, victor and unfortunately I do not remember the gentleman name (showed me all features of car and set up blue tooth and synchronized my garage door opener) was amazing. I lease a car every 2-3 yrs from Honda and Nissan and have never received such service. Suresky is top notch. Was not impressed with the financial area though where they extend an offer to purchase and push coverage for dents and dings. Very rushed and obviously not pleased that additional purchase not made. More concerned now of possible surcharges at end of lease that I never had to pay in 25 years of leasing. Hopefully suresky will not disappoint More

Somewhat dissappointed When I arrived at the dealer, allot going on, so business must be good. However when we got to car I was looking for. Salesman could not get it started and since we could not we went straight to doing paperwork instead of trying to get car started so I can view inside, outside, go for test drive. But no let's go to paperwork. So it was a deciding factor to not do the deal. Also one firm price with deal no negotiating at all when I was on the fence to begin with. So that also confirmed my decision to not do the deal. My interest was the Dodge Charger but not given option to choose on this review More
