Our salesperson, Vinny Martin, was a nice guy & very polite. Seemed to not have many answers to questions we asked about your must popular models ES350 & ES300h. Frequently defaulted to his phone to get polite. Seemed to not have many answers to questions we asked about your must popular models ES350 & ES300h. Frequently defaulted to his phone to get details. It wasn’t until sales manager, Doug Martin, arrived that we got what we needed. Subsequent conversation with Doug was instrumental in closing the deal. Grateful to him for his input. Car was shipped in to dealership from California. Turn around time was surprisingly short- less than one day. It’s a beautiful car!! More
