I purchased my car from them 21 days ago and have had an issue getting them to complete the paperwork and submit me the check I'm owed for taxes paid to take to the DMV (I paid them in advance and am out of issue getting them to complete the paperwork and submit me the check I'm owed for taxes paid to take to the DMV (I paid them in advance and am out of state). I was patient at first, but now for a full week I have been blown off with calls not returned. After posting this review I was reached out to by somebody much more helpful who seems to be getting the ball rolling. I don't think he realized how I'd been left in limbo. If everything goes as I'm being led to believe I'll change my rating. But as of now it has been a frustrating experience. More

Kai was great. He made the process incredibly easy and gave us the attention we needed. The gentleman in the finance department appeared annoyed with us when. That was the only interaction that wasn’t 5 stars. We feel like we got a fair price on the car we bought and our trade. I wish the concierge area was a little nicer, for when I need to come in for an oil change. My past experiences include a lot outlets, complimentary beverages and snacks while waiting.
