My wife dropped her car off at the dealership Monday due to an air bag warning light. As her car is still under Full Factory Warranty, the service tech informed us that we would only be charged if an animal to an air bag warning light. As her car is still under Full Factory Warranty, the service tech informed us that we would only be charged if an animal caused the issue or if we did something to cause it. When we went to pick up the car, we were told that nothing came up on the diagnostic test and the warning light was reset. The service tech then stated that because they couldn't find a problem, we would be charged a diagnostic fee, citing it as a VW policy. Ummm, what??? I am extremely frustrated by this, as I believe that a random warning light with no discernible problem is, in itself, a PROBLEM!!! Shame on you Volkswagen! Suntrup Volkswagen Such a scam! More

Buying my VW Tiguan from Suntrup was the absolute best car-buying experience I've ever had! I had been shopping the VW brand for over a year, so I was happy to finally find one that I thought I might lo car-buying experience I've ever had! I had been shopping the VW brand for over a year, so I was happy to finally find one that I thought I might love. I was able to start the process at home by shopping and getting my approval online. Once I got to the dealership for my test drive appointment, Kai already had the SUV ready and waiting. While waiting for the paperwork to be prepared, which didn't take long at all, I had the chance to meet other people of the Suntrup team and they were very nice and friendly. Overall, it was just a great experience! I love my Tiguan and I'm glad that I chose Suntrup over other VW dealers! More
