I was misled and lied to with my services. They not only didn't check my car 6 months ago when I brought it in, they let me drive my vehicle when it could of put me and my family in a dangerou They not only didn't check my car 6 months ago when I brought it in, they let me drive my vehicle when it could of put me and my family in a dangerous situation. Will NEVER take my car back there again. I am not the only person they have misled. You pay for services you never receive and then they get you by claiming everything has gone wrong in a short amount of time and you are out thousands of dollars. I have tried to get in contact with someone for days. I also have gone up to the dealership and was spoken down to. I do believe it is a scam and I am contacting the necessary organizations to try to stop this from happening to anyone else. More

Service staff can't diagnose the problem & keep sending be back without resolution. From the day I have purchased my Nissan Rogue 2018, I have had a wide range of issues with the radio/rare view camera an be back without resolution. From the day I have purchased my Nissan Rogue 2018, I have had a wide range of issues with the radio/rare view camera and any other connected sensors. The rear-view camera freezes when I am backing out of a space and it appears as though there is no car behind me while the camera is simply frozen. I almost hit someone twice. The radio keeps turning itself off. I will have my GPS pulled up on screen driving on the highway and everything just shuts off, no screen, no sound. The radio also switches between channels, between output, switching to CD, back to radio and shutting off consistently. I keep calling, bringing my car, even leaving it overnight so they can check and find out what is wrong, but I am only told how much I need to pay for the test, diagnosis and the work that was never performed. Every time I come to pick up my car I am told they could not find anything. Last year when I came to ick up my car, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. I had the paperwork in my hand for a recall on my car and they told me they couldn't find any specific recall on my specific car. Then as I went outside and the person brought my car around for me, I asked him if he saw it. He responded, "What? The camera freezing? Yeah, I saw it". I begged him to go inside with me and tell the supervisor and he said "Ma’am, I don't want to lose my job". In fact, when I called to tell them again about the issues I was having to schedule service, the lady told me just that day I was the third person calling for the same issue. So, this year again I brought the car, giving it one last chance, and although the person at service was more respectful and attempted everything he could to not overcharge me for something that was not my fault, I again came back to pick up my car with zero results! Nothing. They cannot find anything wrong with my car. Moreover, the person who brought my car around, had not placed a protective paper on the seat and I stepped into my car which felt so dirty and I couldn't breath, I had to open all the windows because of the unbearable smell of smoke/cigarettes. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never return there, I will never by another car there, I will never recommend anyone going to Nissan Suntrup ever. When you do a simple search on google, you disocver that not only there has been a recall on Nissan Rogue, but most drivers report having issues with the same things that I have been trying to prove to them that I am encountering and service pretend like they have no idea what I am talking about. I scheduled a service appointment online to have my oil changed, my tires rotated and two recalls completed. My appointment was at 7:40. After realizing I was going to be 20-25 minutes late, I called the service department to ask if I needed to reschedule. I was told no and they said it was not a problem. The service advisor Doug informed me they would have to order parts for the recalls and they would not be able to complete those today. He asked if I was dropping off the vehicle or staying. I informed him I would stay and he said it should be about 90 minutes. I took a seat in the waiting room at 8:15 am. After hitting the 2.5 hour mark, I went to ask Doug if my car was almost done. He said they were doing one of the recalls and it wouldn’t be much longer. At the 3 hour mark, I went back to find Doug and he informed me that I had a drop off appointment and he didn’t know how much longer it would be. I apologized for not realizing that I had scheduled a drop off appointment but informed him that he told me about 90 minutes and has not once provided me an update or asked if I had time to wait for the recall work to be completed. Doug was incredibly rude and just kept telling me that I had a drop off appointment. I then asked to speak to the service manager. I met with Mason who first apologized and told me he was going to get an update. Mason came back and told me the car was still having the recall work done. He didn’t have an estimated time of completion. He then informed me that both the dealership and me are to blame. He said that I was late and scheduled a drop off appointment. I informed Mason that I called to notify them that I was going to be late and was told I didn’t need to reschedule. I also informed him that I understand I booked a drop off appointment by mistake but when notifying Doug that I was going to wait, Doug should have indicated that they cannot promise a time due to my appointment being for drop off. He didn't. He indicated my wait would be about 90 minutes. There has been zero communication from doug and this entire experience has been horrible. It is now 11:45 and I’m still sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car. 3.5 hours and counting for a 90 minute appointment and apparently I’m partially to blame. More

We have been buying vehicles from Suntrup Nissan since 1994; many in the years our delivery business was buying a new truck every 9 months. Recently we had a small emergency and our service advisor, Dave Riemer was able to resolve it swiftly, creatively and expeditiously, which he attributed to our long years as loyal customers. They have been surpassingly loyal to us and we’ll be back there next time we’re due for a new vehicle. More
