Lacked clear signage of where to go since dealership was under renovation. I was there for an oil change and didn't receive any additional information on the normal inspection I usually get. I've had better experiences at other Nissan dealers in the area and will drive further next time. More

Ryan Thoele is amazing to work with at Nissan. He is always texting me about my vehicle and is giving me updates. He is an absolute joy to work with, not enough words to describe how awesome Ryan is, I appreciate all his help. The reason I gave a 3 rating is because we did not receive the same service from the Manager of the service department. He was very rude to my husband and when I called to have him call me, I NEVER received a call back. I have had my Nissan Quest for 10 years and all my service has been done through Nissan and most of the time I am very happy with my service. The last month has not been the best, but the customer service by the service manager was the worst. More
