Regarding the trade-in value of your 2002 Buick LeSabre, we initially offered $500, and at your request, we negotiated and settled at $800 to ensure a fair agreement for both parties. While the vehicle later sold at auction for $500, we accepted a $300 loss to accommodate your request and make the deal work. We strive to provide accurate trade values based on market conditions.
