Had a great experience with John. We drove in from 2 hours away and made it very accommodating. We came back to pick the car up a couple days later. Service associates were friendly however I waited almost an hour to have a tire placed onto my car. I was told they needed to free up a bay but I would have thought they could have used a simple floor jack an hour to have a tire placed onto my car.
