Had a scheduled appointment. When I arrived for appointment I was told it would be 5 to 6 hours to get a simple oil change. I live 68 miles away and when scheduled service I was asked if I will be waiting and I said yes . Never had this issue before and would hope it gets corrected. Why schedule an appointment if a customer has to wait 5 or 6 hours to get oil change. If I wanted that I would just be a drive up customer. Please correct this issue More

We showed up without an appointment and everyone at the dealership was fantastic to deal with. Very professional and genuinely nice. Horrible! The salesman (Adrian) and credit lady (patty) are liars. Adrian is just a little weasel all the way around. The car is a death trap. I feel so unsaf The salesman (Adrian) and credit lady (patty) are liars. Adrian is just a little weasel all the way around. The car is a death trap. I feel so unsafe while driving it. There was a horrible sound underneath my car the 1st week I owned it. I called Adrian. He said tell the mechanic that when you get your oil changed. Im like what! I had the car for less than a week. My 1st oil change was at least 3 months away. When I took it in, they wanted to charge me for taking my car off the lot to listen for the sound. They never heard it. Probably because it only happens when you go 60 or 70 m.p.h. So my second oil change was free of charge and they did an all point inspection on it too. (Thank you that was awesome) They still never found the problem. My car went from a horrible noise to the front in shaking. All I can say is im scared to death to drive my car on the highway. Its that bad. I wish I never stepped foot in Suntrup Nissan. This is my very first experience buying a car with financing. Its just 6 months in and im stuck with a death trap.. I honestly hate my car. Its been such a bad experience. On a positive note I do have to say this, all the other people there are as nice as can be. Some are even super cool. Even the mechanic Jeremy was awesome.. Adrian is bad. Stay away from him. Suntrup and Nissan dont care as long as they make a sale. I am so disappointed in both. 💔 More
