Then the lady in financing gave me a smart xxx, "mam" and was 1 older than me, 2 wasn't even remotely kind or sincere. So we left only to get a call saying they want to make it right. Oh but it's going to cost us more money. Zero professionalism and when someone speaks to me the way I was spoken to and then wants us to still do business with? Dream on. I'm spreading the word. More

Got an oil change, new spark plugs and cabin filter. Looking under the hood recently I saw oil all over the place in the engine bay. Much of it has dripped down to the underbody panels and around the belts. I realize you sometime spill oil during an oil change, but this looks awful. Makes me nervous about the health of my car. I now have to check the oil level often out of fear there is a greater problem than just a big spill. More

I had an appt. at 10:40am for an oil change, rotate/balance tires, and check brake condition. I arrived around 9:00 and the service tech asked me if I was waiting at 10:40am for an oil change, rotate/balance tires, and check brake condition. I arrived around 9:00 and the service tech asked me if I was waiting or dropping off. I told him I had an appt. at 10:40 but was dropping it off early. He thanked me for bringing it in early. I also asked him if he could put together a list of tires they sold that would fit my car to have ready when I pick up. I received no call or text all day, other than the initial text after I dropped off. Finally, around 4:00, I texted him and he told me my car is in the garage now. I made an appt. in the morning so I could be done early (before rush hour). Apparently, he thought I was dropping off all day??? Next time I guess I'll have to tell them I'm waiting so they will do the work at my actual appt. time. I also didn't get any list of prospective tires for my car. More
