I spoke to Oz Osman over the phone, and he was very pleased to help me right away. However, the day I had free to come by the dealership, he informed me that he would be out. And so he assigned Aldijan pleased to help me right away. However, the day I had free to come by the dealership, he informed me that he would be out. And so he assigned Aldijan to me instead, whom I gathered was personally trained by Oz. If Oz did train Mr. Aldijan, then it provides testament to his effectiveness, as Aldijan couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Despite some clerical errors in other departments that made the process difficult, Oz's stand-in really stepped up in customer service and proved he was plenty knowledgeable. I can certainly recommend Aldijan, and, if his protégé is any indication, I can recommend Mr. Osman as well. More

I didn’t care for the man waiting on us. I remembered him from before and was disappointed I didn’t get the friendly guy at the other desk. Happy with my purchase as Suntrup Nissan. Brian was a straightforward salesperson who wasn't pushy. I would say they won't roll over on pricing (I wouldn't expect them to) but I was happy I Brian was a straightforward salesperson who wasn't pushy.
