Blaze was awesome and very personable! Took all the pressure off which was refreshing. He came in on his day off to insure the VW Atlas was ready to go for a test drive. Answered all questions and really tried to make it all work for me and my budget. I was told the car was detailed but seemed like they only wiped it down, but did wash the outside. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme. I did drive home with a slight shake going higher speeds, which was due to bald tires needed replaced and balanced. While this should have been done prior to selling, they did reimburse me for them to get done after buying, which I was so thankful for! The customer service was top notch! Would recommend. More
