This was my first car purchase in many years because I have been leasing. It was also my first car purchase on my own so I went into it with a little dread. Iggy reached out to me before the appointment and was so prepared once I was there. He didn’t overwhelm me with choices but selected two vehicles that were exactly what I wanted. The process went so smoothly and everyone was so welcoming and gracious including management and finance. I finished the process in under three hours. Most importantly, I love the vehicle. My Mom and I had put off shopping for a vehicle for over a year. We are not comfortable with aggressive salespeople or overstimulating environments.. at all. That isn't what we encountered. He was very patient and asked the right questions to not only get us into the car we were looking for, but comfortably and efficiently. Thanks to Iggy we made a smart, informed purchase that didn't feel impulsive in the least bit. I drove off the lot in a beautiful 2024 Nissan Rogue with no more or less than I wanted or needed. Then we got to Jill, the business manager. This woman is so efficient and competent at her job with the absolute best sense of humor!
