I appreciate the dealership working with me over the phone to make a deal on a car and minimize the time I had to spend at the dealership. That being said, it still took way too long to complete the sa phone to make a deal on a car and minimize the time I had to spend at the dealership. That being said, it still took way too long to complete the sale process once I came in and I spent lots of time waiting. I also didn't care for being led to believe I was buying a new car only to find out it had 500 miles on it once I got to the dealership. I am satisfied with the deal I got and appreciate the low financing rate. More

I had a great experience at Suntrup Nissan. I was really nervous going into it because of bad experiences with dealerships in the past, but Beth really put me at ease and made the car shopping I was really nervous going into it because of bad experiences with dealerships in the past, but Beth really put me at ease and made the car shopping experience enjoyable. She was patient and not pushy and I really appreciated that. I ended up getting a different car elsewhere, but I will definitely be back at Suntrup in a few years when it is time to upgrade. More
