The car I wanted to see was found on the Safeco website. Johnathan located it on the lot of the "others". Johnathan and Jill were in good humor even though it was Saturday night late. My only complaints were, I couldn't put the whole purchase on a credit card, and I couldn't weasel the price down (probably because to the eye the deal was better than expected). As a dealership selling multiple lines of vehicles, you need to make sure that you are able to service both domestic and foreign. My 2017 Ford Focus SE was not prepared for sale prior to my purchase. Onc need to make sure that you are able to service both domestic and foreign. My 2017 Ford Focus SE was not prepared for sale prior to my purchase. Once I was interested in my vehicle, no effort was made to have it detailed inside and out or to make sure nothing was wrong with the engine before my sale went through. Now I have $500 of engine work that needs to be done that is not covered under my warranty within the first 90 days. Not happy!!! I should have went to a previous dealership where I got a better deal. More
