Best most laid back experience I had! Eric Trigg is a great car salesman. He made my first car buying experience one for the books!! We did have to wait a little while for the deal to be completed but Kyle and Eric made conversation like they have been friends with me for years!! More

Great Experience I came into the dealership wanting to trade in my Camaro for a GMC Terrain and I had the pleasure to work with Hollie McElroy. I was able to test driv I came into the dealership wanting to trade in my Camaro for a GMC Terrain and I had the pleasure to work with Hollie McElroy. I was able to test drive multiple Terrains to see the difference between the engines and options that were available. Hollie went above and beyond helped me compare and look at my different options. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and traded in my car to get its full value. Kyle Moore was also very helpful when it came time to do the financing for my new car and was full of information. Overall I felt as if my needs and wants were the main focus instead of just giving me a sales pitch. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy, sell or do a trade in. The offer was countered. I made three other offers and third did the trick. No pressure. No smoke and mirrors. No xx. Just action. Found the same attitude with F & I. Very happy Customers We had visited many dealers and wasted many hours looking for our perfect truck! Then we called in Suntrup Buick in St Peters. Within 15 minutes of We had visited many dealers and wasted many hours looking for our perfect truck! Then we called in Suntrup Buick in St Peters. Within 15 minutes of speaking to Crystal Meyer we knew she was the person we were going to buy from. She was knowledgeable, honest and extremely efficient (which trust me none of the other dealers had been). We made an appointment to go back the following day and within half an hour of arriving we had specked out our perfect truck, Crystal placed the order right then and there and we went home to celebrate and enjoy the rest of our day. Crystal kept us informed of build dates, VIN number and expected delivery date. I honestly believe that she was as excited for us and we were. Unfortunately Crystal went to work at another dealership before we collected our truck so Hollie took over. She walked us through all the technology on the truck and made sure that we were totally happy with everything before we drove away. I know that if I have any questions or issues I can phone her and it will be sorted as quickly as possible. We love our truck and are soooooo happy that we walked into Suntrup in St Peters and met Crystal. More
