Alloy Wheel Theft Issue WAYNE BURNS and CHAD gave me the best customer service this weekend! They helped me find an alloy wheel cap that was stolen off of my 2011 Buck Regal. I honestly was so upset on Friday afternoon when discovering the theft. Wayne promptly helped me the entire day and into the weekend. He promptly contacted me on Monday morning with a solution and I now have my wheel cap ordered. He was not only concerned about the alloy wheels but was even concerned about my safety, as I told him I would have to text him back later in the day after some driving I had to do. He urged me to not text and drive! Chad worked diligently to find me the part and for this I am so very grateful! I work at an Allstate insurance agency and will be sending our clients to Suntrup Buick in St. Peters for their new car needs! These guys deserve more than just a pat on the back. More

Attention and follow through by the salesman I was referred to Eric Trigg as the Internet sales person by his son. A friend recently bought a vehicle from Eric. I was looking for a full sized t I was referred to Eric Trigg as the Internet sales person by his son. A friend recently bought a vehicle from Eric. I was looking for a full sized truck in the $5K to $10K range and Eric explained the reason that those would be difficult to come by due to the cash for clunkers and the low gas prices. I moved my price range to $10K to $15K and immediately Eric had a 2005 Silverado 4x4 with low miles for $15.5K. I decided to "go for it" since there was another interested buyer and my search from AutoTrader did not turn up much. I got a real clean 2005 Silverado 4x4 with 68,000 miles for about $15K. I decided to finance and the interest rate was vary favorable. My wife ended up buying a 2010 Malibou at the same time. It all work out OK! Will return for my next vehicle. More

Salesman Ryan Hove caught me as I was leaving the lot and ask me if he could help. I told him my story, and he said he thought I would be surprised at what they could do at Suntrup. The next day I met with Ryan, He and the staff made me feel like family WE had a few obstacles to overcome, but Ryan and the staff handled them well. He was everything you would hope that a car salesman would be. He was attentive, but not pushy; informative, but not overtalkative. As Eric put it, the car sells itself, I'm just here to help. Eric was able to help us get the car that we wanted in our budget and the entire buying process couldn't have been easier. I will definitely be going back to Eric and everyone at Suntrup Buick GMC next time I need a new car. More
