My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was set for 2:00pm; arrived in plenty of time at 1:50pm, however car was not ready until 4:30pm. My vehicle was serviced quickly and washed. When I got home I couldn’t open the trunk no matter if the car was on or off. I checked the back window and it was latched . I called the dealershipx2 and le home I couldn’t open the trunk no matter if the car was on or off. I checked the back window and it was latched . I called the dealershipx2 and left messages x2 for service to call me back. I really needed to pack my trunk for a trip early the next morning, they have never called back. I couldn’t find the answers I needed with the manual so I googled it. It said to push the button inside of glove box. I finally found it using a flashlight pushing the button worked👏🏻 I wish they had called me back, I wasted an hour trying to figure it out🤨 More

We do business with service departments for 3 different brands of cars regularly and by far your service department. We have been doing business with you since we purchased our 2007 Pruis. We now have 35 brands of cars regularly and by far your service department. We have been doing business with you since we purchased our 2007 Pruis. We now have 352,200 miles on our Prius and we have always done business with Courtney Whalen. My wife loves Courtney and always walks away feeling good about her conversations with her. I have been in the automotive industry for 3.5 years now and work closely with our service department every day. So when I say Courtney is the greatest it should mean something. I bought a used Prius from a small dealer recently. It had the dashboard go completely dark suddenly. I have never left a rating before. We are not impressed with the service that we got from Sunshine Toyota. I understand that the problem is intermittent, but we have had it in three times now with no resol with the service that we got from Sunshine Toyota. I understand that the problem is intermittent, but we have had it in three times now with no resolution. A little frustrating when we cannot intermittently put gas in our car because it flows right out of the filler and onto the ground as soon as you start to fill it. Extremely not environmentally friendly. And then we have go to the next pump or gas station hoping it will work. Now we need to bring it in again so someone else can look at it directly from Toyota. The last loaner literally had garbage in it and was not clean inside or out. Our car was returned to us without being washed. Multiple return calls as they stated were not made, so we had to do follow up calls because they did not make the calls when they said they would several times over the week that they had it. Once with me and at least twice with my wife. To help things, they did change our oil for free, so they do need credit for that at least. I think we got a lemon and we are no longer excited about our car nor about the dealer. I did not specifically rate a person because I will not leave a negative comment or rating about an individual. However, we are simply not impressed with the whole experience(s) at Sunshine. More
