I had a very pleasant experience at the Sunshine Toyota service department. I received a warm welcome from the front desk when I arrived. I asked for help with understanding some things about my car and s service department. I received a warm welcome from the front desk when I arrived. I spoke with Jayden, a very nice man, who seemed more than happy to help. I asked several questions and Jayden was very patient and very kind with his answers. I never felt rushed or embarrassed that I did not know how to access many things on my new car. It was such a pleasant experience! I have been to another Toyota dealership in Dundee that was not a good experience and I will never go back to Dundee! I am so thankful for all the kindness shown to me at this appointment. Watch this service center if you have warranty. I marked one tire before go to tire rotation and oil change under warranty, but the tire was the same spot after tire rotation. My minivan broke down on I-94 near Battle Creek, MI late at night. Thankfully we were near the vicinity. Had it towed and brought to Sunshine Toyota and stayed overnight in a hotel. Dealership sent someone at night. Thankfully we were near the vicinity. Had it towed and brought to Sunshine Toyota and stayed overnight in a hotel. Dealership sent someone to pick us up and waited at the lounge while the alternator was fixed. The customer lounge has snacks, sodas,bottled water and coffee. This is a rarity since most dealerships only have coffee and water. This made our 3.5 hour wait a lot more convenient. We left the dealership full and went on our way back to Chicago with no problems! Overall we had great service from Sunshine Toyota! More
