It has been a week that we have been told multiple times that someone from upper management would be contacting us, and still haven’t heard from anyone. We have since had another issue with the maintenance performed on the vehicle. The underneath guards were not put back on correctly. These have been temporarily fixed. This issue needs to be repaired correctly using the right hardware. Sunset service department is aware of this problem as well as the hood damage.

They don’t have the equipment to front end alignment my f350 truck, charge me 175.00 labor to change 2 tires, charge me 30.00 shop fees, charge me for 2 new valves stems and didn’t even put valves caps on More

you tell me what you should do to fixed this problem you heard the complaint. when I brought truck into sunset ford too buy 2 tires for front of my f350 truck and front end alignment, you sunset ford don't even have the equipment to do that you are a ford dealer. so all I got out of this was 2 new tires for front of truck 924.66 each tire was only 279.99 each.

My number is 314-467-1101. I did not see an email though. You can also contact my Service Director, Jennifer Hall at 314-467-1228, and we would be happy to help. Now, with regards to your concern that we were unable to align your F350, I will agree that does not sound right, although it is possible with certain circumstances where vehicles have been modified. We see super duties in here of all sizes and shapes, and between the 2 stores, we can usually figure something out. So without knowing your vehicle or the situation, I am unsure what we are up against or what solutions I can provide. Either way, just give us a call and I am sure we can help.
