First service with Sunset Ford-service was good-did not like the “up” selling. If I had said yes to everything I would have been $500 plus dollars out of my pocket. Then I was approached AGAIN and asked if I wanted a new battery and another additional service costing more money for winterizing. I sat in the showroom because the chairs in the waiting room are small and uncomfortable for larger people. More

Had an unusual issue with electronics of our Mustang. The initial repair attempt did not correct the problem but second attempt found the issue and corrected it. When I set up the oil change I stated what vehicle I had, and asked what it would cost and was told the most would be 59.99 the works, when my wife picked up the vehicle it was $75xx and is ridiculous. I was not very pleased with the service department this last time for a simple seat repair. The repair was scheduled in advance. C.J. The service rep told us to bring our vehicle in for the repair on 11/24 last time for a simple seat repair. The repair was scheduled in advance. C.J. The service rep told us to bring our vehicle in for the repair on 11/24 at 8 am. When we delivered the car Kelly told us that she did not know anything about the repair and C.J. Was off for the day. She found our paperwork buried in a pile of repairs. We also informed Kelly about a transmission issue we where having with our vehicle that we had to address at a later time.later that evening around 4:45 pm. We had not heard from the service dept so we decided to go to the dealership. Every attempt to call the service dept went into C.J.’s voice mail. So when we arrived at the dealership. Kelly informed us that our car was driven to their facility but they were not given the part. The company tried to call but were always transfer to CJ’s voice mail. Therefore our car was not repaired until the following day. Causing us to be with out a vehicle. The dealership has a problem with communication and follow through. More
