When asked why she couldn’t give him my car she got an attitude and proceeded to tell him that she shouldn’t even be there because it was 5:02 and they close @ 5 Kelly is the one who called me to tell me my car was ready.Kelly from customer service was the most disrespectful. disappointing customer service rep I have ever met. Once she called me to tel me my car was ready. She told my husband that him and I need to do our jobs and call the warranty company our selves. That’s not our job it’s Kelly’s job to do. Again do not take your car here. You will be disappointed. You have been warned. More

First of all, the people that work for them are such friendly people. But Kelly is beyond a perfect person that really works hard for the customer. The particular day I was there the work load was high and the mechanics were short staffed. Took a bit longer than normal for my car to get into the shop even though I had an appointment.
