Sunset Ford staff are always friendly and helpful and do a great job servicing my vehicle. I am usually very busy working and being able to use a loaner to get to work would be very helpful if I need to le a great job servicing my vehicle. When asked why she couldn’t give him my car she got an attitude and proceeded to tell him that she shouldn’t even be there because it was 5:02 and they close @ 5 Kelly is the one who called me to tell me my car was ready.Kelly from customer service was the most disrespectful. disappointing customer service rep I have ever met. Once she called me to tel me my car was ready. She told my husband that him and I need to do our jobs and call the warranty company our selves. That’s not our job it’s Kelly’s job to do. First of all, the people that work for them are such friendly people. But Kelly is beyond a perfect person that really works hard for the customer.
