We are from Imperial, MO and make the drive, because I absolutely REFUSE to do business at Reuther Ford which is right down the road from us because of their “poor” (would use other words, but trying to k absolutely REFUSE to do business at Reuther Ford which is right down the road from us because of their “poor” (would use other words, but trying to keep it professional) customer service. We make the drive to Sunset Ford. Doesn’t matter the location. My F-150 has been to both Sunset Hills, and Waterloo, and always treated right. Service is spot on, and I have always been in the loop and kept informed over the process of any service performed. This previous visit I took my wife’s Explorer in for service to Waterloo because they were able to work it in faster than Sunset Hills (Again, would take to either location, but Waterloo had a more clear service schedule) but Kelly at Waterloo kept us in the loop, and was a “paperwork warrior” for us with our warranty company (DONT USE Progressive Asset Protection) They didn’t get the chance to jerk us around, because Kelly fought the battle for us over things that were covered in our contract but they tried to deny because we were still under contract, but very close to being out by mileage. Thank You Kelly, and Sunset Ford! We will be re-upping a warranty contract with CNA through you very soon. More

Danielle was great to work with. She was very responsive with any issues i had. The quality of work was not good. They broke 2 door pieces when doing the recall and returned the car to me with it broke an with any issues i had. The quality of work was not good. Prompt, kept me informed of progress. I wouldn’t say this is the Waterloo locations fault but my repair took 3 months, the part was on back order and Ford wouldn’t rent me a car and told me there was nothing they could do besides open a case w my repair took 3 months, the part was on back order and Ford wouldn’t rent me a car and told me there was nothing they could do besides open a case which Ford did nothing about.
