Danielle was great to work with. She was very responsive with any issues i had. The quality of work was not good. Prompt, kept me informed of progress. I wouldn’t say this is the Waterloo locations fault but my repair took 3 months, the part was on back order and Ford wouldn’t rent me a car and told me there was nothing they could do besides open a case w my repair took 3 months, the part was on back order and Ford wouldn’t rent me a car and told me there was nothing they could do besides open a case which Ford did nothing about.
