I was quite pleased with this dealership. I normally service in south county near the Home Depot but needed to get a light checked out before heading out of town and they were able to accommodate me. Diagnosed, parts ordered and all repaired within 3 days, which I felt was very fair. The ladies on the service drive were very kind and professional. Definitely recommend this dealership. More

I went in and ask Kelly if she could fit me in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was in and out in record time. Then she scheduled me in for a part to be replaced. It was fixed beautifully. The service advisors weren’t very friendly, I felt like they were trying to take me! Kept pushing different things after I told them no serval times. They had no other vehicles in the shop, I asked them to look at an issues that was going on with my vehicle you guys replaced less than a year ago that’s under warranty from being fixed. she said she would when I went to check out asked her about it, she looked like oh dang I forgot, instead she got an attitude and said “ you have to make an appointment” why didn’t she tell me that before? One for the worst experience I had here! This place looks like it’s going out of business, no cars on lot, no business there but me, just staff that are rude, I can see why it could be closing! More

Kelly Banaszek, service advisor & her team are fantastic. Not only is she good at her job, but she is compassionate. My 2013 Ford Fusion would not start for me twice when I stopped to get gas ⛽️ after work Not only is she good at her job, but she is compassionate. My 2013 Ford Fusion would not start for me twice when I stopped to get gas ⛽️ after work. It tried. Took 3-4 tries each time . Finally it started but was shaking profusely. Like a push mower when u first start it up. Scared me to death. I was still 30min. Away from home. First time I thought it was a user error, me. 2nd time I new it was trouble. Called Sunset Ford in Waterloo, IL’s service dpt. The lady that answered to take my appt was covering both Sunset Ford locations, Waterloo & St. Louis. The earliest appt in Waterloo was in 3 weeks, St. Louis even longer. So I took the appt in 3 weeks. I had no choice. Needed someone to look/ work on my Fusion that new what they were doing. The next day Kelly calls me & asks me a few questions as to what is going on. She said that it was unacceptable for me to wait so long. She said bring it in as soon as I can & they would run a diagnostic on it. When my husband got home from work we dropped the Fusion off. The very next day Kelly called, told me the diagnosis, & I gave the ok for repairs. I would give Sunset Ford in Waterloo 100 ⭐️ stars instead of 5. Kelly was like my angel 😇 that day. She & her team are the best😃👏. Have been going to Sunset for yrs & will continue. Great customer service! More
