Covers under car don’t rattle now after 3 years of complaints. I was told 2 missing screws were replaced, but 1 screw holding the corners of the oil cover and right side passenger cover was not repla complaints. I was told 2 missing screws were replaced, but 1 screw holding the corners of the oil cover and right side passenger cover was not replaced but a cable tie was used to hold the two covers together - but it’s not secured to the metal body frame. A thorough inspection of the vehicle was to be performed, but I don’t know if this happened since I didn’t receive a VEHICLE REPORT CARD. I received an email to contact Sydney if I had any questions. Called Jan 27 to ext 1042 and left a message, but haven’t received a call back yet. More

I hate that every time i come to the dealership they constantly try to upsell me on service. I will drive back to Bommarito and have my service done there.
