Best dealership within 50 miles for busy customers I drove 30 minutes further than Aufenburg Ford to purchase from Sunset via Jeff Bakken. I jumped around three times trying to make up my mind from us I drove 30 minutes further than Aufenburg Ford to purchase from Sunset via Jeff Bakken. I jumped around three times trying to make up my mind from used, to leasing, and finally decided to go new. Jeff was patient and friendly the entire time. When I finally decided to purchase we knocked out half the paperwork before I arrived and he drove to St. Louis to get the car from another dealership. I spent more time in an empty office at Aufenburg waiting for the managers decision before walking out than I did from start to finish here. Ive already recommended coworkers and friends to shop Sunset of Waterloo and avoid Aufenburg. More

I chatted with the lady to ensure her that i was interested in the vehicle and to have someone call me. The next morning at 9:45 I got the call from Jeff. He was VERY friendly and patience.
