Best Customer Service EVER! My husband and I walked into the Waterloo location and was met with a warm greeting by George. He talked to us not at us. He answered all of our questions and found us exactly what we were looking for. I appreciated that the manager was on the floor talking to all the customers and being involved. (so many managers just sit in their office. it makes a difference) We didn't have to haggle for a price or spend hours negotiating. They were extremely fair and knowledgeable on everything. The best way I can describe them is family. They were all eager to assist each other. After we had finalized the sale George continued with the follow up. He contacted us a few days later to make sure we were still happy and if he could answer any questions. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! More
