My wonderful experience at Sunset Ford in Waterloo I had bought a used car in October. They were helpful then but the transmission started going out. (so many managers just sit in their office. it makes a difference) We didn't have to haggle for a price or spend hours negotiating. They were extremely fair and knowledgeable on everything. The best way I can describe them is family. They were all eager to assist each other. After we had finalized the sale George continued with the follow up.
