Our only complaint isn't your employees but rather the time some of the process took. Other than our inquisitions, the other stuff from Ford that they had to go over with us was a little long. We were there close to 6 hours. And as far as the Escape! It's great! The only thing is that they took away the cargo space by moving the spare, compared with where it was on our 2008! Car Buying as it should be! I just got home from the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. I told him from the beginning that I wasn't going to buy that day but I needed some info so I could decide what was best for me. Jeff patiently explained all the models I asked about and sent me away with a good feeling. I returned the next day and bought the car I decided on and again Jeff very patiently walked me through the whole process. As I said before this is the way car buying should be.
