A salesman named Jeff Bakken greeted me at the door yesterday and spent time explaining the car's I was interested in buying. I told him from the beginning that I wasn't going to buy that day but I needed some info so I could decide what was best for me. Jeff patiently explained all the models I asked about and sent me away with a good feeling. I returned the next day and bought the car I decided on and again Jeff very patiently walked me through the whole process. As I said before this is the way car buying should be.
