Our only complaint isn't your employees but rather the time some of the process took. Other than our inquisitions, the other stuff from Ford that they had to go over with us was a little long. We were there close to 6 hours. And as far as the Escape! It's great! The only thing is that they took away the cargo space by moving the spare, compared with where it was on our 2008! Thanks-a-bunch! More
