Great experience! Last Thursday morning (3/23), I totaled my old 2005 Ford Focus due to a guy running a red light. Members of my family had previously had a great experience at this Dealership, so I decided to shop for a car here. 4 hours later, I was on my way home in my brand new 2017 Ford Focus. George Schneider was very easy to work with and made suggestions on which car I should get, but ultimately left the decision up to me. He is great! Mike Rich made sure I got the best deal possible. Easiest car buying experience EVER!!! Michael B. in sales and Jim in Finance were the two most wonderful guys to do business with. I've bought vehicles at other places where you know they Michael B. in sales and Jim in Finance were the two most wonderful guys to do business with. I've bought vehicles at other places where you know they only care about the commission and about quantity over quality. Sunset Ford of Waterloo was the complete opposite! Yes, they were eager to have me come in and test drive the vehicle that I was interested in, based on what I saw online, but knew my situation and were extremely patient and helpful while I ironed out details before going in. They didn't hesitate to negotiate when I noticed a cosmetic issue. I test drove the vehicle on Wednesday of this week, and was approved and picked up the vehicle this evening (right at 2 days later). When I arrived, Michael had all the paperwork together, plates already on the vehicle and Jim was the same with the finance paperwork. I was out and done in under an hour! They care about the person and helping them find the right vehicle for them, not for what is best for them. I was utterly surprised when they informed me that they had put 4 brand new tires on it, replaced the brakes and also the battery, in addition to their normal routine maintenance. Also, if the vehicle qualifies, they offer a lifetime (as long as you own the vehicle) warranty on the engine, transmission and drivetrain...at no cost. Talk about floored! This was a used vehicle. I'm used to getting the 30 day lemon law warranty, and even then, it's hit and miss, since dealers can do as is, no warranty. I would 200% recommend going and checking out what they have and working with Michael and Jim if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
