I called them and found within a short time they were willing to make a reasonable deal with me. This after having spent weeks calling around other dealers in about a five state wide area - perhaps an indication of how uncommon Sunset Ford is. I would say they went beyond the expected. My sales person, Dave Zellerman was excellent. I also met Mike Carr who handled the paperwork for me - he is a paperwork Ninja. I had talked with Mike Rich on the phone a couple times who got everything in motion. My new car upon arrival was ready and waiting for me - fully prepped, shiny and perfect. More

Friendly and helpful My old car was dying and needed a lot of work. I asked a coworker where they got their new Ford and she told me to go to Sunset to see Mike. When I got there I asked for Mike and the salesman asked which one, I said I guess the salesman, and was introduced to Mike Rich. Mike found what I wanted and told George to show me the Escapes. George took me to the new Escapes, I told him I wasn't sure if I could afford a new car. George explained that with special financing a new car was as affordable as a used one. I LOVE my new Escape!!! More
