Buying experience. We were looking for a vehicle to replace our vehicle that was stolen. I've been down to Sunset Ford in Waterloo Illinois before so we decided to check on what they might have available. Upon arriving George Schneider greeted us and ask what brought down. We told him and he took the time to show us a couple of vehicles. After talking it over we decided to go back down and purchase one that he showed us. I found out later that George was off that day but made a special trip in to complete the purchase and make sure that everything was done right. You don't find that to often this day and age. So we would hesitate to go back to work with George in the future at Sunset Ford. More

Was Such A Fun Experience, We Purchased Two New Vehicles. Over the course of a week, we worked with Brett Bergman to find a truck to replace our undersized F350 we had purchased from him over 4 years ago. Brett found our truck and had it delivered to Sunset Waterloo so we could test drive it and eventually complete the purchase. It didn't end there because we also decided to purchase a new Escape Titanium. I am not a fan of purchasing vehicles, but Brett made the experience smooth. Mike Carr also was pleasant to work with as he completed the financial aspect of the purchases.
