This is for Sunrise FORD, which is where I bought my car although it was listed at Volkswagen. Nice salesman but I wish I could have done business with Edison instead of the young man I had. Edison helped me make me final decision on the car a few days prior. The guy who helped me on the day of purchase didn’t listen, he just wanted a sale. He disregarded the fact that I arrived with a pre-approval from my credit union and had the finance team run their own, I was not offered an alternative option for detailing since their dept had a fire, the car had less than a half tank of gas, it’s missing a floor mat that I was not informed about, among a few other things. I’ve attempted to reach out with no success. I just feel like their customer service needs improvement. People are spending a lot of money to buy a car here so they should be listened to and accommodated as best as possible. More

I was lied to several times nickalas was a lier Nathan lied I’m not happy with sunrise ford. I was lied to by salesman and finiancce guy totally upset and not satisfied I have not bought a vehicle in year lied I’m not happy with sunrise ford.
