Very happy with Monique in sales and Scott in service. Very unhappy with Ricky in credit. I left messages on his phone and sent emails and texts with no responses. I left there with my new car but no p Very unhappy with Ricky in credit. I left messages on his phone and sent emails and texts with no responses. I left there with my new car but no paperwork. Was told he would email it to me. I left so many messages but did not receive paperwork for 4 days after I asked Monique for a copy. Then I received it and it was wrong. We had to make two more incessasary trips there to finally get resolution because Ricky would not respond. Extremely unprofessional. I do mortgages for a living and would have no clients with this unacceptable way he handles his clients. More
